About F3A

Farming and forestry are the most dangerous professions in the UK, accounting for 17.3% of industrial deaths over the past five years.

F3A is here to educate and train, to help try and reduce this frightening statistic.

We believe that lives can be saved by teaching practical and effective lifesaving skills to the people most at risk. We run courses which are tailor-made for people working in farming, forestry, and rural sports. These are not sterile, impractical courses designed for the office.

Our courses are practical and designed for the real world.

In the event of a serious accident on your land or farm involving one of your employees, could you deal with an acute trauma situation before the air ambulance arrives?  If no, this course is for you…

F3A provides a farm & forestry focused practical first aid course on how to deal with life threatening incidents and accidents which may occur in and around a farm or forestry environment.

Its purpose is to provide essential first aid, communication, and location skills to bridge the critical period from the time the accident occurs until the emergency services arrive.

Our Objective: to reduce the number of fatalities occurring in “The golden hour”

This Course has been endorsed by the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

The Course complies with the teaching and educational standards of the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care.
